What it is
Open to any home daycare or center. We start with a small group so each one gets real attention. For 14 days we set it up with you, import your children, and sit with your team for the first morning. It costs nothing, and you can leave with all your data any day.

Questions
Can I bring my children over from the app I use now?
Yes, from a CSV file. You check a preview before anything is saved. Column names differ between apps, so you confirm which column is which.
Is it safe for children's information?
We collect only what you need, parents see only their own child, and every view and change is logged. Licensing rules for immunization records and incident reports vary by state, and Nookwell does not replace your obligations.
Does it follow my state's ratio rules?
It shows your own numbers. You enter the limits from your license rules and it counts staff and children live. It is a helper, not a compliance decision.
What do parents pay?
Nothing extra. The payment provider's card fee is charged to the center, with no markup from us.
What if I stop?
One click. You drop to the free plan, nothing is deleted, and you can export everything.
Do you send texts?
Not yet. Email and in-app messages only.
Is it ready?
Not yet. The demo works. Real accounts open for a small pilot first.
